To Think To Solve is an online platform that shares positive news and success stories from South Africa and the broader African continent, highlights community heroes, publishes original inspirational stories with moral lessons, provides links to third-party crowdfunding campaigns that support community upliftment projects, and (in future) offers wellness-related products for sale and links to our own mobile applications.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If we allow you to submit content (e.g. community needs, success stories, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute that content on the Service. You promise that your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights and are not unlawful, defamatory, obscene or harmful. We may remove any submission at our sole discretion without notice.
5. Third-party crowdfunding links
We provide hyperlinks to third-party crowdfunding platforms (e.g. BackaBuddy, GivenGain, GoFundMe) as a convenience. We are not the operator of those platforms, do not host any fundraising campaigns, do not receive or hold donations, and are not responsible for:the success, legitimacy or outcome of any campaign
the conduct of campaign organisers or beneficiaries
any loss or damage arising from your use of those platforms
You use third-party crowdfunding sites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies before donating. We may earn affiliate commissions from some referrals. Any such commissions do not increase the amount you donate.
6. Future product sales (wellness items)
When we offer physical products for sale (e.g. stress-relief items, journals), the following apply:All descriptions are made in good faith but are not warranties.
Products are sold “as is” and are not medical devices, therapeutic tools or substitutes for professional medical advice.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Shipping is via selected couriers; delivery times are estimates only.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Protection Act to return unused items (return shipping at your cost unless the product is faulty).
Faulty products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the CPA.
7. Links to our mobile applications
Any links to our apps on Google Play or the Apple App Store are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, content or data practices of third-party app stores. You must review the app store’s terms and the app’s separate privacy policy and end-user licence agreement.
